Where East Africa’s tourism partnerships begin. The Business Matchmaking Platform is the digital networking hub of the Uganda–Kenya Coast Tourism & Innovation Summit 2026. Designed for tourism professionals, it helps delegates identify partners, schedule appointments, exchange messages and build relationships before, during and after the conference in Mombasa, Kenya.

Unlike traditional conferences where networking depends on chance encounters, the platform enables participants to connect with organisations based on business interests, products, services and partnership goals. Every registered delegate can create a detailed business profile, discover recommended partners and arrange structured one-to-one meetings.

Whether you are a Ugandan tour operator seeking coastal accommodation partners, a Kenyan beach resort looking for safari specialists, an airline promoting regional connectivity, or a media organisation searching for compelling tourism stories, the platform helps you maximise every networking opportunity.

Why business matchmaking matters

Tourism is built on partnerships. Successful travel experiences rely on collaboration between tour operators, hotels, airlines, attractions, transport providers, DMCs, tourism boards and many other stakeholders. Finding the right partners often takes significant time. The matchmaking platform removes that friction by letting delegates identify compatible organisations before arriving at the summit on 26–27 October 2026.

Instead of exchanging business cards without a plan, participants arrive with confirmed appointments, personalised schedules and targeted meetings aligned with their objectives—raising the likelihood of long-term commercial relationships.

How the platform works

  1. Register for the conference — Complete registration online. Once approved, you receive secure login credentials for Connect on desktop, tablet or mobile.
  2. Create your business profile — Add company information, logo, representative, description, products and services, markets, destinations, partnership interests, brochure, images, website, social links and preferred meeting times. Richer profiles improve match quality.
  3. Discover recommended partners — The system suggests organisations whose interests complement yours. Browse the full directory and search manually by country, type, sector, products and markets.
  4. Schedule meetings — Request appointments, accept or decline invitations, suggest alternatives, manage your calendar and receive reminders. Slots sync with your conference schedule.
  5. Message privately — Introduce yourself, share materials, confirm details and follow up after meetings in a professional, moderated environment.
