Welcome to the Uganda–Kenya Coast Tourism & Innovation Summit 2026. This page covers what to do before you travel, how on-site registration works, and how to get the most from matchmaking, sessions and networking in Mombasa, Kenya.
Before you travel
- Complete registration and verify your email.
- Upload your profile photo, organisation logo and brochure on Connect.
- Request and confirm business meetings.
- Book accommodation and airport transfers.
- Review the programme and save priority sessions.
- Request an invitation letter if required for travel documents.
On site
Bring confirmation, photo ID and any QR code issued. Collect your badge, programme and guides at registration. Badges are required for sessions, exhibition and networking. Meetings typically run 20–30 minutes—arrive with materials and clear follow-up notes.

Venue Wi-Fi supports Connect messaging, calendars and file sharing.

Networking tips
- Complete your profile early so recommendations are accurate.
- Balance meetings with exhibition visits and key sessions.
