Who can register? Participant categories
Summit participation is by application and approval to ensure quality networking and meaningful business outcomes. Eligible categories include Uganda and Kenya tour operators, hotels and lodges, airlines, tourism boards, government agencies, media, technology companies, investors, sponsors, exhibitors and invited guests. Registration process
- Complete the comprehensive online registration form — Provide detailed information about your organisation, business activities, products and services, target markets, partnership interests and conference objectives.
- Verify your email address and contact information — Check your email for a verification message and follow the provided link to confirm your registration submission.
- Application review and approval process — Allow the conference secretariat time to review your application, verify business credentials and assess compatibility with summit objectives. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Receive approval confirmation and platform access — Once approved, you will receive email confirmation along with secure login credentials for the Connect matchmaking platform and payment instructions where applicable.
- Complete your detailed business profile on Connect — Upload your organisation logo, create compelling descriptions of your products and services, add photo galleries and marketing materials, and specify your partnership interests and meeting objectives.
- Begin networking and appointment scheduling — Browse the delegate directory, review partner recommendations, send meeting requests to potential partners, and engage in pre-conference messaging and relationship building activities.

Payment, invitations & preparation
Payment methods are listed on the registration portal and may include bank transfer, credit cards, mobile money and other options depending on your location. Invoices are available where required for corporate accounting. Registered delegates who need invitation letters for visa applications can request them after approval.
Book accommodation early and review travel guidance for Mombasa. The Contact Centre can assist with hotel rate enquiries and group arrangements. Prepare business cards, brochures and partnership proposals for networking meetings.
